About Therapy
School/Work Concerns • Anxiety • Self-Esteem • Peak Performance • Emotions • Healthy Relationships
Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives through a process of growth and self discovery. Psychological tools aid clients to develop habits that help them cope with life’s various obstacles. Therapy sessions are designed to explore personal issues and provide individuals with effective means to enhance their well-being.

My Approach
As a trained Counselling and Sport Psychologist, my work is highly integrative and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Person Centered, Positive Psychology and certain art based practices.

What to expect in our online therapy session?
My sessions involve creating a safe space for individuals to gain greater acceptance, overcome challenges, learn new skills and enhance overall well-being. A good therapeutic relationship is built upon communication and trust. To enhance the effectiveness of the sessions, we spend time on understanding the concerns while alongside, identifying the desired outcomes of therapy. With the aid of psychological tools, new skills are developed that may then be used in day-to-day life. As therapy is a constantly evolving process, we continuously work together to meet individual needs with the aim to facilitate growth.

"We don't have to do all of it alone. We were never meant to."
