As a trained Counselling and Sport Psychologist, my work is highly integrative and draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, Transactional Analysis, Narrative Practices, Positive Psychology and certain art based practices.
What to expect in our online therapy session?
My sessions involve creating a safe space for individuals to gain greater acceptance, overcome challenges, learn new skills and enhance overall well-being. A good therapeutic relationship is built upon communication and trust. To enhance the effectiveness of the sessions, we spend time on understanding the concerns while alongside, identifying the desired outcomes of therapy. With the aid of psychological tools, new skills are developed that may then be used in day-to-day life. As therapy is a constantly evolving process, we continuously work together to meet individual needs with the aim to facilitate growth.
